Corner Plots are always challenging in tier 1 urban areas with stringent DC Rule Guidelines. In case of Akola, the Old Bungalow for our Doctor Client, was to be restructured and reconstructed keeping same plinth. This made it possible to create a nice corner designed elevation, with 2 streets meeting at a T Junction.

Our client, wanted to accentuate the corner. We achieved this by positioning corner terrace cum arrival porch. The bold horizontal lines combined with the strong look of the stone wall – is complemented by the use of white color which makes it easy to achieve a design balance.
